MORNING ROUTINE:

No cleansing is necessary in the morning.

Soak

Immerse Janesce Soaking Cloth in warm water with 2-3 Soaking Drops, wring out and press to skin for five deep breaths. Repeat three times.

Treat

Drip 2-3 drops of SK1 concentrate into the palm of one hand, press hands together and then press into damp skin.

Moisturise

Mix 3-4 drops of Avocado and Sesame Facial Oil and one spray of Soothing Mist in the palm of one hand. Press hands together and gently press into skin.

EVENING ROUTINE:

Cleanse

Massage one pump (2-3 drops) of Avocado and Sesame Oil into damp skin. Gently remove with a warm, damp cloth.

Soak
